Refund Policy

MacTC purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, unless local law requires a longer period.

How to request a refund

Use the billing support channel shown in the app or in your receipt. If a merchant-of-record provider processed the order, refund handling may be completed through that provider's portal.

Exceptions

Requests outside the policy window may be declined unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
