By using MacTC, you agree to use the software in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

License

A purchased MacTC license grants use according to the plan shown in the app at time of purchase. The license is for the purchaser and may not be resold.

Billing and merchant of record

MacTC purchase and billing operations are handled in-app. Where Paddle is used for order processing, Paddle is the merchant of record and manages billing support and tax handling for those orders.

Warranty and liability

MacTC is provided as-is without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
